When running please use the designated run/walk area and stay off the road. Beware of cyclists.

Dr Bikes “Words of Wisdom” Be Bright and Be Seen. It is essential when going through roundabouts that you are able to get to your brakes or signal easily. Do not go through the roundabouts on your Tri bars. Remember this is not a sanctioned – closed road event. Be safe always. Stay in control.
Take your bike to your local bike shop and make sure you have the right set up. It will make a huge difference to your times.
