Great morning for our annual Joe Kelly Memorial race, 17 teams lined up to compete. Prior to the start we reflected on the reason for this race and how lucky we all are to be here and competing.
The swim was very competitive with a couple of the speedsters doing two extra laps for good measure. Every child/adult player were winners today and we thank you all for really tri-ing because we know thats what Joe Kelly would always do.
Thanks Kev for your instructions and loud voice to get all the “kids” in line, chaos would reign supreme otherwise.
Well done Wazza, Vicky and Steve for organizing and cooking breakfast.
