Hi athletes. A small field (60) raced today, hampered a little by “black snow”.
A count today recorded 31 bikes not having working lights front and back, the other half of the field were excellent. Lights are mandatory as part of the traffic management plan submitted to police and council, this applies for the whole season.
Teams event on the 12th of December, we are all looking foreword to Laura coming back for the event. Laura is sponsoring the breakfast that morning.
Don’t forget Christmas party Sunday the 6th.
Over 60 competitors from our club participated in Kingy Tri last weekend. Outstanding performances from Brandon and Travis Copland; Gerard and Wazza winning their age groups (sprint); Jenny and Joe winning their age groups in the Olympic distance; Emily Roper first in her division; Adam Chadburn first in Sprint and Jan Smith second. Will Styman performed exceptionally well, congratulations to all.
