Wendy congratulated: Molly Styman – 12th birthday. Also Tracy Foyster for her 14th place in the world champs in Chicago USA. She was also the 2nd Aussie home. Long time competitor Marg Carney recently retired with her husband Bill who owned South Tweed Cycles.

Dr Bike – Helmets – make sure they are property fitted, not sitting too far back or too far forward. Take time to adjust when you have put them on. Aero bars are good for straight sections of road, if you approach corners or other possible dangers, grab the drops so you have good control and easy access to the brakes.
